All vehicles are sold on an 'As-is, Where-is' basis. Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. purchases vehicles from Japanese auctions or trusted suppliers under the same 'As-is, Where-is' conditions. Accordingly, vehicles may present any degree of mechanical issues, malfunctions, or breakdowns from the time of acquisition at the original source.
To ensure transparency, Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. uploads 20 photographs for each vehicle once it arrives at our yards. Exterior and interior condition grades are also displayed on the unit's detail page. Consequently, Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. does not accept any claims for defects or issues—whether minor or major—after shipment. Buyers are strongly advised to review all photos thoroughly and consult with our sales staff if any uncertainties arise before finalizing a purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to, routine wear-and-tear items such as wheel alignment, balancing, tire rotation, wiper blades, engine belts, spark plugs, filters, fuses, all types of batteries, hoses and clamps, oils and fluids (including refrigerants and coolants), brake components (pads, rotors, shoes, drums), suspension dampers (shock absorbers and struts), exhaust systems, and tires.
Excluded from coverage are: paint, glass, headlights and bulbs, mirrors, body and chassis dents, seals and gaskets, trim pieces (interior and exterior), moldings, fasteners, upholstery, carpeting, mats, convertible roof leaks, wind or body noises, wheels, and damage caused by rust, corrosion, or environmental contamination.
Audio systems (including radio, cassette player, CD changer), communication devices (such as telephones), navigation systems, and any components thereof, as well as any non-original or aftermarket parts, components, or accessories, are excluded from coverage.
Claims will not be accepted for shipment delays or cancellations caused by the shipping line’s or agent’s rescheduling. This applies to any delays in shipment.
Vehicle images are taken and displayed by Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. as soon as the vehicle arrives at the yard. The company is not liable for any damage that may occur during or after shipping. Customers have the option to purchase insurance at an extra cost to protect against possible loss or damage.
Accessories shown in photos are not guaranteed. No claims will be accepted if they are lost or stolen in the yard, during shipment, or at the destination port.
Please be aware that Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur to a vehicle during container shipment. Claims related to such damage will not be accepted.
Once the vessel has departed form Japan Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. will not accept any claim for damage arising due to delay at sea.
If an error is made by Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. the client will not be charged for any amendments. However, if the mistake on the Bill of Lading is caused by incorrect details submitted by the buyer, any amendment costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
