To participate in UNIT auctions or place stock purchase orders, the CUSTOMER must have a sufficient DEPOSIT available in their account. The minimum DEPOSIT required by Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. is 100,000 JPY, and this amount may increase depending on the value of the intended BID or the type of UNIT. Detailed guidelines can be found at https://www.Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd./auction_terms.php . Customers are encouraged to contact Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. directly with any questions regarding the appropriate DEPOSIT amount or related policies.
By placing a BID through Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. Live Auction system, the CUSTOMER agrees to financially commit to the purchase of the UNIT at or below the bid amount placed. This commitment is binding, and the CUSTOMER will be held responsible for any fees or obligations arising from the auction result.
Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. reserves the right to reject, decline, or cancel any BID if the DEPOSIT in the CUSTOMER’s account is deemed insufficient. In such cases, the Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. system will automatically block the BID attempt. This condition is non-negotiable and is a core rule governing all TRANSACTIONS conducted with Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. and its affiliates.
No documents such as telegraphic transfer (TT) copies, website screenshots, or other physical/digital proofs will be accepted as confirmation of a DEPOSIT. A DEPOSIT is considered valid only when the funds have been received in Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. bank account and are reflected in the CUSTOMER’s account on the official Website. If no DEPOSIT is shown in the CUSTOMER’s account, Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. does not recognize any such funds, and TRANSACTIONS cannot proceed.
DEPOSITS are refundable at any time; however, Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. retains the authority to determine the final refund amount based on account status and other factors. In the event of a SALE cancellation for any reason, Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. also reserves the right to retain all or part of the DEPOSIT.
Maintaining an active DEPOSIT also grants the CUSTOMER access to full auction features, including an ad-free experience, full image visibility, and access to place and lot numbers. When payments are made by Customers via PayPal, Wise, or other electronic money transfer services in international currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, NZD, AUD, etc., the received funds are immediately converted into Japanese Yen (JPY). This is done to mitigate the risk of currency exchange losses.
If a Customer later requests a refund via the same payment method and in the original foreign currency, Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. may not hold a balance in that currency at the time of the request. In such cases, the company must convert the JPY balance back into the Customer’s desired currency, and any resulting exchange loss will be borne by the Customer, based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of conversion.
Additionally, any outstanding balances not settled within the specified Due Date will remain the responsibility of the Customer. Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. reserves the right to apply late payment fees or interest charges on overdue amounts.
Full payment of the BALANCE should be made by the CUSTOMER as soon as possible.

Proof of payment is only recognized once the actual funds have been received in Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. bank account and reflected in the CUSTOMER’s account on the Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd. WEBSITE. Telegraphic transfer (TT) copies, screenshots, or any other documents are not considered valid proof of payment. This policy is non-negotiable and forms a fundamental condition for conducting TRANSACTIONS with Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd.
Late Payment Consequences Prolonged delay in payment may result in the unilateral cancellation of the transaction by Y's Japan Trade Co.Ltd., and penalties may be imposed on the CUSTOMER.
